A. Site Accuracy:

The information given in our site are as accurate as we can make it. The amenities provided are the ones normally available. However, in certain areas the amenities will be only of a basic nature. Prior information on any point can be requested from us.

Coaches / Cars may break down requiring repair / replacement; major road works may necessitate route changes. All of these may cause us to make changes in the programmes.

Reservations must be made atleast 30 days prior to departure. All replies and confirmations will be made by Airmail, Telex orFacsimile. Tour confirmations are subject to room availability at choice of hotel and seat availability on domestic Airlines.

C. Guides:

All transfers and tour programmes are basically inclusive of the services of an English speaking Guide. Guides fluent in other languages can be provided on request and subject to availability.

D. Payments & Cancellations:

All bookings must be pre-paid by cash, company's cheque, bank draft, inward remittance, etc. Payments by credit cards like - Visa Card, Master Card, or American Express Card can also be accepted (subject to local conditions).

Exception is made by previous arrangements or contracts. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of all reservations without prior notice. Depending on circumstances, cancellation charges are levied only when Hotels, Carriers, Transportation Companies and other Contractors do charge us.

E. Liability:

SWOSTI TRAVELS act solely in capacity of and Agent for Hotels, Carriers, Transportation Companies and other Suppliers and Contractors. This means SWOSTI TRAVELS shall not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage, loss, theft, accident, delay or irregularity which may be suffered by any person or property, howsoever, caused or arising. Should any circumstances make it desirable or necessary to change or cancel any tour, with or without notice if found in the best interest of all parties concerned then such changes or cancellations may be made.



All legal matters should be settled within the jurisdiction of the Bhubaneswar Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate only.
